Two People Passionate About The Land

We are Shane and Maritza McCool, owners and operators of Willow Creek. While part of Willow Creek was already in existence at the time, our story began in Omaha in 2007 when a snow storm dumped over a foot of snow and brought the two of us together.  Our fate was sealed from that point, and we've been together on this journey ever since.

Willow Creek sits on the land of the Zolck family farm, land that has been in the family since 1893.  If the dirt from this farm could talk it would share stories of family, hard work, helping one another out in times of need, and above all - LOVE. It's these same things that create the backbone of marriage and why we chose to transform Willow Creek into the beautiful and unique wedding venue it is today.

At Willow Creek, we’re in the business of hosting stunning weddings and special events. Since our opening in 2005, we’ve given our clients the power to customize every aspect of their event, from the decor and floral arrangements to the menu and entertainment. We've worked hard at creating a unique venue with beautiful spaces, both inside and out. Our goal is to take the gifts and beauty of nature and share them with others.  We’ll make sure the special day you’ve envisioned becomes a reality. We can’t wait to host you.
